教育科学学院学院简介



重庆师范大学教育科学学院历史悠久,积淀深厚,学科发展的源头可以追溯到1914年开办的四川省立第二女子师范学校,距今已有100多年的历史。新组建的教育科学学院成立于2010年,由原教育学院、特殊教育学院、学前教育学院三个学院整体合并及影视传媒学院、初等教育学院部分教师与学生组成,目前为学校规模最大的二级学院,是国家级卓越教师计划培养单位。同时,重庆幼儿师范学院和重庆特殊教育学院亦设置于本院。

学院现有专任教师147人(不含校外外聘),其中教授22人,副教授45人,具有高级职称教师70人,获得博士学位的教师68人,获得硕士学位的教师45人,35岁以下青年教师32人,外聘教师13人;享受国务院特殊津贴的7人;重庆市教学名师2人、重庆市各类人才称号人选5人;省级学术技术带头人13人;入选重庆市哲学社会科学专家库21人。教师队伍中,有“全国特殊教育先进工作者”、重庆师大特殊教育的开拓者张文京教授,有“全国优秀教师”称号的张希希教授、申仁洪教授,有中国首位自主培养的聋人博士郑璇老师等。学院现有研究生472人(其中全日制研究生259人,在职教育硕士213人);本科学生2267人,其中聋人本科大学生81人。

学院现有重庆市重点学科3个(教育学、课程与教学论、特殊教育学),有本科专业6个(教育学、应用心理学、教育技术学、特殊教育、学前教育、艺术教育);拥有两个一级学科硕士学位授权(教育学和心理学);拥有2个专业硕士点(教育硕士、应用心理硕士);拥有2个省部级重点人文社科研究基地(课程与教学研究基地、儿童发展与教师教育研究中心);拥有1个省部级重点实验室(特殊儿童心理诊断与教育技术重点实验室);另外还拥有1个省部级特色学科专业群(教育学)、3个省部级特色专业(应用心理学、学前教育、特殊教育)、2门国家级精品课程(幼儿文学与成长、教师语言技能)、5门省部级精品课程(幼儿园课程与活动指导、特殊儿童个别化教育教学、特殊教育学、学前教育学、幼儿园课程与活动指导)、4部国家级规划教材(学前儿童科学教育活动指导、幼儿园课程与活动指导、学前教育学、学前儿童发展心理学)、3部省部级规划教材(特殊儿童早期干预理论与实践、学前教育基础知识、幼儿园游戏)、1个省部级创新团队;拥有2个省部级研究培训基地——重庆市幼儿教育教师研修培训基地、重庆市特殊教育研究培训基地,并先后承担了学前教育、中小学心理健康教育等国家级培训和学前教育、中小学心理健康教育和特殊教育等省部级骨干教师培训。另外,学院还有重庆师范大学幼儿教育研究基地、重庆师范大学西部儿童文学研究所等研究平台。

学院发展过程中筚路蓝缕,砥砺前行,取得了一系列办学成绩:特殊教育创建并发展了全国唯一由高校科研人员建立的服务特殊儿童的实验学校、建立了全国唯一的“特殊儿童心理诊断与教育技术市级高校重点实验室”、建立了西部第一个特殊教育学硕士研究生点、成立了西部唯一的特殊教育学院,开办了西部第一个残疾人高等教育专业;教育学设立并发展了重庆市课程与教学研究基地;学前教育培养出重庆市90%以上示范幼儿园的园长;学院获批并建设了1个国家级卓越教师培养计划项目(复合型卓越特殊教育教师培养改革与实践),2个教育部教师队伍建设示范项目(融合导向的特殊教育复合型师资培养与培训改革、高校——幼儿园联合培养幼儿教师的模式建构与实践探索)、1个重庆市教师队伍建设重点项目(行业标准导向下师范院校教育课程与教学体系改革与建设)、5个国家和省部级师资培训基地、3个省部级特色建设专业、3个省部级教学团队、2个省部级人才培养模式创新实验区(面向基础教育的教师教育人才培养模式创新实验区、特殊教育专业复合型人才培养模式创新实验区)、1个重庆市教委专业建设综合改革试点专业等(特殊教育)、1个重庆市专业人才培养应用转型试点专业(学前教育),2个校级本科卓越人才培养模式改革试点项目(卓越幼儿园教师、特殊教育教师)。此外,我院教学成果丰硕,获教学成果奖国家级二等奖1次,重庆市级一等奖3次,二等奖2次,三等奖5次;我院教师立项的教研教改项目中,重庆市级重大项目7项,重点项目11项,一般项目10项,另外还有众多校级教改项目。

学院自组建以来获得了多项荣誉:全国教育系统先进集体,全国志愿助残示范基地,全国五一巾帼标兵岗,“挑战杯”全国大学生创业计划竞赛金奖,全国教育硕士教学技能竞赛一二三等奖,学校基层党建工作先进集体、师范生教学技能创新大赛组织奖、学校田径运动会学生女子第一名、“三好杯”篮球赛女子组冠军等。

学院办有目前西部地区唯一公开发行的幼教刊物《当代幼教》杂志。年轻而又渊源深厚的教育科学学院正凝心聚力,强化学科,凸显特色,共谋发展,为完成做大做强教师教育、建成教育学科博士点的任务而努力奋斗!

Introduction to the School of Education

The School of Education of Chongqing Normal University (CNU) enjoys a long history, which can be traced back to the founding of the Second Women’s Normal School of Sichuan Province over 100 years ago in 1914. It is the largest school of CNU, including Chongqing Pre-school Education College and Chongqing Special Education College, and is also a training unit for the national-level excellent teachers program.

There are 127 full-time teachers, including 22 professors and 45 associate professors, among which 70 have senior professional titles, 68 have doctoral degrees, 2 are awarded as famous teachers of Chongqing, 13 are titled as provincial-level academic and technological leaders, and 21 are in the philosophy and social sciences expert pool of Chongqing.

Among the faculty members, Professor Zhang Wenjing, pioneer of special education of CNU, is awarded Advanced Worker for National Special Education. Professor Shen Renhong, dean of the school, is titled as National Excellent Teacher. Professor. Zheng Xuan is the first self-learning PhD with hearing disability in China. There’re currently 472 postgraduate students and 2,267 undergraduate students in the school, of whom 81 are undergraduates with hearing disability.

The school has 3 municipal key disciplines (pedagogy, curriculum and teaching theory, special education), 6 undergraduate majors (pedagogy, applied psychology, education technology, special education, pre-school education, art education).

2 first-level discipline master's degree authorization programs (pedagogy and psychology); 2 professional master's degree programs (education master, applied psychology master); 2 key provincial-and-ministerial-level research bases for humanities and social sciences (curriculum and teaching research base, research center for child development and teacher education); 1 provincial-and-ministerial-level key laboratory (key laboratory for special children's psychological diagnosis and education technology).

4 nationally-planned textbooks (Guide for Science Education Activities of Preschoolers, Guide for Kindergarten Curriculum and Activities, Pre-school Education, Pre-school Children Developmental Psychology), 3 provincially-planned textbooks (Theory and Practice for Special Children's Early Intervention, Basic Knowledge of Pre-school Education, Games at Kindergarten), provincial-and-ministerial-level innovation team; 2 provincial-and-ministerial-level research and training bases—academic training base of early childhood education teachers, and special education research and training base of Chongqing. The school has successively undertaken national training for both pre-school education, and mental health education for primary and secondary schools. It has also trained provincial backbone teachers on pre-school education, primary and secondary school mental health education, and special education. In addition, the school provides research platforms, such as CNU Research Base for Pre-school Education, and CNU Children's Literature Research Institute of Western China.

The department of special education founded and developed the experimental school for special children, the only one of such kind at national level created by the scientific research personnel of a university. It has set up the only one municipal Key Laboratory for Special Children's Psychological Diagnosis and Education Technology, and established the first special education master program, the only special education school, and the first higher education major for the disabled in western China.

The department of pedagogy has established and developed Chongqing curriculum and teaching research base, while pre-school education department has trained more than 90% of the heads of demonstration kindergartens in Chongqing. The school has been approved of a national outstanding teacher training program (reform and practice of training excellent and compound special education teachers), 2 faculty team construction demonstration projects under the Ministry of Education (integration-oriented and compound special education teacher cultivation and training reform, modeling and practice exploration for cultivating pre-school teachers jointly by universities and kindergartens), 1 municipal key project for faculty team construction (normal universities curriculum and teaching system reform & construction under the guidance of education industry standards), five national and provincial teacher training bases,

3 distinctive provincial-and-ministerial-level majors, 3 provincial-and-ministerial-level teaching teams, 2 provincial-and-ministerial-level experimental sites for talent training innovation (one for training mode innovation of teachers of elementary education, and the other for training mode innovation of compound talents of special education), 1 major as pilot major for comprehensive reform led by Chongqing Education Commission (special education), 1 major as pilot major for transformation of special talents cultivation in Chongqing (pre-school education), 2 university-level pilot projects for reforming the cultivation mode of excellent undergraduates (excellent kindergarten teachers, special education teachers).

Besides, the school has achieved fruitful teaching results, winning 1 Second Prize of National Teaching Achievement Award, as well as 3 first prizes, 2 second prizes and 5 third prizes of Chongqing Municipal Teaching Achievement Award. Among the teaching and research reform projects that the faculty members have been granted, there are 7 major projects, 11 key projects and 10 general projects at municipal level, as well as many university-level educational reform projects.
